Group Instruction

Children 16 years of age and under (no younger than 12 years old) can benefit from Pilates for cross training and flexibility. However, since equipment is used, the lesson must be tailored to suit their strength and skill level. For this reason, and for safety precautions, private instruction is required for this evaluation and instruction.
Private Instruction
Get the attention you need and accelerate your skill level with a lesson tailored to your specific needs and goals.

Semi-Private or Duet
Economize your workout and utilize the support and camaraderie of lessons in small groups of 2-4 people.

Mat and Tower
A combination of mat work and equipment performed on a raised platform mat.
Reformer
Exercises are performed on a moving mat with springs. Increases muscle memory and co-ordination.
Barre
A class consisting of standing only Pilates at the ballet barre, for sculpting and toning. Center floor workout with light weights for abdominal and gluteals. This class is performed to music.
